Why customer reviews are difficult to use at scale
A handful of reviews is easy to read. A few hundred, spread over months and covering everything from food to parking to a single bad afternoon, is a different problem. What we learned while developing ReviewLens
Several lessons came out of building the product.

Making AI output understandable matters as much as producing it. An insight is only useful if the person reading it can follow where it came from, which is why grounding insights in real review evidence was a priority rather than a nicety.
Grounding in evidence is the antidote to confident nonsense. Tying conclusions back to source reviews is what lets a user check the work, and that checkability is what makes the analysis trustworthy.
